1. Who We Are

RadarIQ, a company incorporated in Bulgaria, operates https://radariq.net and the associated application ("Platform").

We are the controller of personal data processed for our own purposes unless stated otherwise.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may process:

• name or username;
• email address;
• account credentials;
• country and account information;
• age/eligibility information;
• strategies and strategy criteria;
• subscription information;
• payment and transaction information;
• Telegram identifier;
• IP address;
• device and browser information;
• technical and security logs;
• customer-support communications;
• information required to verify Partners.

We do not receive or store full payment-card details where those are processed directly by Stripe.

3. How We Use Information

We process personal data to:

• provide the Platform;
• process subscriptions and payments;
• provide statistical analytics;
• determine Partner eligibility;
• provide Telegram signals;
• process additional signal purchases;
• communicate with users;
• prevent fraud and abuse;

• improve the Platform;

• establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Legal Bases

Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on:

• performance of a contract;
• compliance with legal obligations;
• legitimate interests;
• consent, where required;
• other lawful bases available under applicable data-protection law.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Stripe

Payments are processed using Stripe and, for Partner services, Stripe Connect.

Stripe may process personal and payment information in accordance with its own privacy documentation and applicable contractual arrangements.

We do not ask users to provide complete card details directly to us where Stripe processes the payment.

6. Telegram

If you connect Telegram, we process your Telegram identifier to deliver signals to you.

We do not need your Telegram messages to provide this functionality.

7. Analytics and Infrastructure

We may use providers including Cloudflare, Google Analytics and other infrastructure, security, analytics, communication and hosting providers.

Additional providers may be introduced as the Platform develops.

Where required, appropriate contractual and data-protection measures will be used.

8. International Transfers

Because the Platform and its service providers may operate internationally, personal data may be processed outside Bulgaria or the European Economic Area.

Where required, we use legally recognised safeguards for international transfers.

9. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including contractual, accounting, security, fraud-prevention and legal requirements.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• access your personal data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion;
• restrict processing;
• object to processing;
• receive portable data;
• withdraw consent;
• complain to a supervisory authority.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Children

The Platform is intended for persons aged 18 or older.

We do not knowingly provide accounts to persons under 18.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

The current version will be published on the Platform.
