1. About the Platform

RadarIQ ("Platform", "we", "us" or "our") operates an online platform providing live football statistical analytics, user-created statistical strategies, automated signals and access to independent third-party analytics providers ("Partners").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

The Platform is intended for persons 18 years of age or older.

Certain features may be unavailable in particular countries. We may restrict or disable access to any feature where required by law, regulation, payment-provider requirements or our risk policies.

2. Statistical Analytics

The Platform may provide live football statistical information and analytics.

The analytics are provided for informational and analytical purposes only.

The Platform does not provide financial, investment, betting or gambling advice and does not guarantee the outcome of any sporting event or prediction.

No statistical information, signal, strategies, prediction, probability, index, odds or other information provided by the Platform should be interpreted as a guarantee that an outcome will occur or that a user will make a profit.

3. User Strategies and Signals

Users may create private statistical strategies using criteria supported by the Platform.

User-created strategies are personal tools and are not publicly shared or sold through the Platform unless expressly enabled by the Platform.

A user may connect a Telegram account for the purpose of receiving signals generated when an event matches the user's strategy criteria.

The Platform may store the user's Telegram identifier for this purpose.

A standard paid subscription includes up to 2,000 successfully delivered signals per calendar month.

Additional signal packages may be purchased separately.

When the monthly signal allowance has been exhausted, the Platform will stop sending signals until the next monthly period or until additional signals are purchased.

The Platform does not guarantee that a signal will be generated for any particular event or that a signal will result in a profitable outcome.

4. Subscriptions

The Platform may offer paid monthly subscriptions.

A subscription may include statistical analytics, model functionality, Telegram signals and other features described on the applicable subscription page.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.

New subscribers may receive a 3-day trial.

Unless cancelled before the end of the trial, the subscription automatically becomes a paid monthly subscription at the displayed price.

The subscription may be cancelled from the user's account by using the cancellation functionality provided by the Platform.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

5. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Where applicable law gives a consumer a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, those rights apply.

Where permitted by law, the user expressly requests that the digital service begin immediately after subscription and acknowledges the legal consequences applicable to the withdrawal right when the service begins.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• create multiple accounts;
• manipulate rankings or prediction results;
• exploit bugs or errors;
• use bots or automated systems to circumvent limits;
• interfere with Platform systems;
• impersonate another person;
• submit fraudulent information;
• attempt to manipulate Partner performance statistics;
• use the Platform for unlawful activity;
• make or distribute misleading claims about Platform performance.

Partners additionally must not make claims guaranteeing winnings, profits or financial returns.

7. Data and Third-Party Services

The Platform uses third-party services including payment, infrastructure, analytics and communication providers.

Payments may be processed through Stripe and Partner payments may use Stripe Connect.

Telegram may be used to deliver signals.

The use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, interface, databases, branding, designs, analytics systems and content, belongs to RadarIQ or its licensors.

Users receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

Users retain ownership of their original private strategies and other content they create, subject to the rights necessary for the Platform to operate.

9. Availability and Data Accuracy

The Platform depends partly on third-party data providers and infrastructure.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all statistics, odds, events or other information will always be complete or accurate.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to:

• enforce these Terms;
• prevent fraud or abuse;
• protect users or the Platform;
• comply with law;
• address payment or security issues;
• discontinue a service.

Users may stop using the Platform at any time.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadarIQ is not responsible for losses arising from decisions made using statistical information, strategies, signals, odds or other Platform information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary.

Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by other appropriate means.

Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the user's country of residence.

Mandatory consumer rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
